Privacy policy

This policy describes how Careers in the Age of AI (Foundation for a Path Forward, "FFPF," "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website. We aim to comply with Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA / CPPA), Quebec's Law 25, and British Columbia's PIPA.

What we collect

  • Newsletter subscriptions. If you enter an email address into a newsletter signup form, that email is stored in our Zoho Campaigns account and used to send you new-episode and new-article notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • Contact form submissions. If you send a message via the contact page, your name, email, and message are sent to FFPF's support inbox via Netlify Forms.
  • Anonymous analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personally identifying information. Plausible collects aggregate page-view counts, referrer domains, and country-level location.
  • Server logs. Standard Netlify access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are retained for security and abuse prevention. They are not used for marketing.

What we don't do

  • We don't use third-party advertising trackers, Meta Pixel, or Google Analytics.
  • We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • We don't use cookies for advertising.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Plausible's script does not set cookies. If we add any tools that use cookies in the future (e.g., a tag manager or video embed), we'll add a consent mechanism before doing so and update this policy.

Email opt-in (CASL)

Newsletter signups use double opt-in. You'll receive a confirmation email after submitting; your address is added to our list only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time. We honour Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and never share your email with third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email support@primecareers.ca. We respond within 30 days.

Cross-funnel to PRIME

When you click a link from this site to primecareers.ca, that visit is governed by primecareers.ca's privacy policy. If you complete the PRIME pre-qualifier on that site, your responses are stored in FFPF's Zoho CRM under the PRIME program.
